| What it means | 1. Solid Blue: Your chargepoint is on standby, and ready to charge. 2. Flashing Blue: Your cable is properly inserted into the chargepoint | | --- | --- |
| What it means | What to do |
|---|---|
| The chargepoint can’t connect to the network right now (common in underground/low-signal car parks). | • You can usually ignore this as the charger’s connection to Wi-Fi should not affect your ability to charge. |
| • Use your RFID card to start and stop your charge as normal. | |
| • If you can’t start a charge at all, please email us at [email protected]. |
| What it means | What to do |
|---|---|
| A red flashing light is often caused by a loose connection, the charging cable, or an in‑car setting. | Unplug and re‑plug the cable at both ends (chargepoint and car). Push firmly until it clicks into place. |
| Other troubleshooting | • Do not let the cable hang in the air. If possible, let the cable rest on the ground so the weight is supported and does not pull on the connector. |
| • Check for debris on both cable ends and inside the socket. Wipe away any dirt or moisture. | |
| • Check your cable rating. Some Type 2 cables are rated at 16A and can cause issues or reduced performance. For best results, use a 32A Type 2 cable. | |
| • Check your car’s charging settings. In your vehicle menu or app, confirm there is no: |
◦ charge current limit set too low
◦ schedule or timer stopping the session
◦ battery or charging limit preventing the car from accepting power
• Try again, and wait for the charger to show a normal ready state before starting. |
